This software delivery model eliminates the need for you to purchase or maintain additional hardware and software. Software updates are free and automatic, and XCM Solutions offers XCMessential clients an easy, affordable upgrade path to XCMessential Plus and our flagship XCM™ software.
Set-Up
Once you complete the purchase process, you will receive a Welcome Email with instructions for accessing your XCMessential site, which will be set-up according to the information you provide in the Account Set-Up Form, as well as other details to help you get started. Accounting professionals access the software securely through a Web browser with a unique user name and password.
Client Import
Transferring your client information is a simple two step process. When you sign up for XCMessential or XCMessential Plus, you will receive an Excel template to help you format the client information extracted from your existing database in order to easily import it into the XCMessential system.
Training
Training is quick and easy. Convenient one- hour Web trainings will empower you and your staff to maximize your investment in XCMessential at a time that works best for your busy schedule.
Since XCMessential is Web-based, it has the same simple and intuitive features most Web sites use for navigation. And, video tutorials within the application Help Menu offer you and your staff a quick, just-in-time refresher on key areas of functionality, should you need it.
*There is a one-time set-up fee of $500 when you sign up for XCMessential or XCMessential Plus that covers set-up, training and ongoing support for your software.
