When you are redirected to their site, secure1.xcmessential.com will appear in the URL, signifying that you are interacting with our Network Solutions e-commerce site specifically set up for secure transactions. During this part of the transaction, privacy and security are governed by the policies of Network Solutions, which are documented on their site at http://www.networksolutions.com/legal/privacy-policy.jsp.
What information does XCM Solutions collect on its Web site?
We collect personal information (such as name, address, phone, e-mail address) only if you provide it to us voluntarily through e-mail, registration forms, information request forms or surveys, or otherwise. Personal information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as may be required by law. Credit card and other financial information is only collected for specific purposes where the information is required for the transaction, such as when ordering our services online. Any sensitive information pertinent to that transaction is not stored on our server. Through redirection during the ordering process, it is saved on our Network Solutions e-commerce site and is only accessible to authorized employees to process payments. Once processed, the information is deleted from the e-commerce server.
